How do I activate my license?
Offline, no account required. You get a license key, you enter it in the plugin, done. No internet connection needed at activation or ever after.
How many computers can I install it on?
Unlimited personal devices. Studio PC, laptop, home rig, that old machine in the corner — install it wherever you work. The license is for you (please don't share keys).
I lost my license key. What do I do?
Email support@mouseplugins.com with your order details and we'll sort it out. No drama.
Do I need to be online to use it?
Only to purchase the plugin and receive your download/license email. After that, the plugin runs fully offline and never phones home.
Can I use it for commercial work?
Yes. Make music, sell music, use it on client work, release it — all fine. The license is perpetual and doesn't care what you do with the audio output.
Do I have to rebuy it to get updates?
No. Updates within the same major version are free. So v1.0 to v1.5 to v1.x — all free. A major version bump (v1 to v2) might be a paid upgrade, but we'll be transparent about it if and when that happens.
Where can I find your policies?
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are linked on the website footer and during checkout. That's where we keep the boring-but-important stuff (including refund rules).
Can I transfer my license to someone else?
Licenses are personal and not designed for transfer. If you've got a specific situation, email support@mouseplugins.com and we'll figure it out case by case.
