KNOWN LIMITATIONS
-----------------
  * Placing StudioHum before a gate will keep the gate open (hum signal).
  * Fast-release limiters downstream will exhibit mains-cycle pumping.
  * High Spread on a mono master produces phase cancellation — keep Spread
    low on mono material.
